As Veterans Day approaches, Milestone Consulting is excited to announce a corporate party to give back and salute our United States veterans and military families.
The “salubration” will be held on the seventh floor space at Harborcenter in Buffalo, New York on Veterans Day, November 11, 2016. The event isn’t a fundraiser; rather, it’s Milestone’s way of thanking our clients for their trust and dedication to us.
The invitation to the event will include an RSVP card. For each card returned, regardless of whether the invitee can attend the event, Milestone will make a $100 donation to Beirut Veterans of America (BVA), an organization dedicated to keeping the memories alive of the soldiers and military families affected by the 1983 Marine barracks bombing in Beirut. BVA membership is open to military members who served in Lebanon and with supporting units at sea from June 1958 through March 1984.
I encourage anyone – both guests of the event and others – to make a donation to this important cause in honor of our nation’s veterans who risked their lives to protect the freedoms of our country.
A West Point graduate where he served as captain and military aviator, John Bair continues his commitment to our country through his efforts within the settlement planning industry. He has represented families of victims lost in the Flight 3407 crash, offered pro bono services to the families of 9/11 victims and drafted the first consumer protection bill for plaintiffs (H.R. 3699).
