Our nonprofit, the Bairs Foundation, provides capital to families in need as they await settlement from a lawsuit. Unlike the “Get Cash Quick!” lenders out there – which often charge exorbitant interest rates — the foundation provides advances at seven percent simple interest.
Simply put, we’re bringing compassion and guidance to those in financial distress.
A Bairs Foundation Story
We’re proud to be helping a family that had immigrated to the U.S. and found themselves in litigation as a result of a tragedy The husband, who was the sole source of income for the family, died in 2016 due to medical malpractice. While his wife pursued litigation against the hospital, she became behind on mortgage payments and was at risk of losing her family’s home. The Bairs Foundation provided her with $10,000 to cover back bills, and we are providing a recurring monthly advance to help with her mortgage payments moving forward.
We invite you to check out the Bairs Foundation’s website to learn more about how our goals and low interest rates. Please share this information with anyone struggling with making ends meet during litigation.
