The Bairs Foundation offers a funding alternative to plaintiffs who need help covering basic living expenses as they pursue justice. With a low simple interest rate, we help people put food on the table, pay rent, and keep the lights on, so they can go the distance against deep-pocket defendants. We are aiming to change the plaintiff funding space with the help of like-minded members of the civil justice system. Our goal is to help more and more plaintiffs and their families as our foundation gains momentum.
We are excited to welcome the newest member of the Bairs Foundation’s board, Ashleigh Then. Ashleigh works as a consultant for a software development company, and prior to that she has more than eight years of experience in the non-profit sector, focusing on community empowerment and economic development. She is eager to merge her non-profit and start-up experience to continue to help serve families in need. The team at the Bairs Foundation looks forward to working with Ashleigh and the unique perspective she will bring.
We consider additions to our board on a rolling basis. If you are interested in getting involved with our organization, contact our Executive Director, Rachel Mathews, at firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information about the foundation, visit: http://www.bairsfoundation.org/.
A West Point graduate where he served as captain and military aviator, John Bair continues his commitment to our country through his efforts within the settlement planning industry. He has represented families of victims lost in the Flight 3407 crash, offered pro bono services to the families of 9/11 victims and drafted the first consumer protection bill for plaintiffs (H.R. 3699).
