I would like to ask for your support for our Bairs Foundation year-end appeal. Your support/membership is a vote for our thought leadership.
Don’t know (or don’t remember) what the Bairs Foundation does? We are the nation’s only 501(c)(3) public charity that advances money to plaintiffs in non-recourse funding agreements when they need help paying for basic living expenses during the course of litigation. We charge low, simple annual interest.
Imagine if all plaintiffs were funded by a local charity or nonprofit that understands your values and the civil justice system. That’s actually our mission. We want to bring this nonprofit business to your local charities. That way, trial law firms around the country can get funding for their clients when needed through grassroots partnership whose mutual interest is helping people.
Cool, right? Comment below, or give us a share or a thumbs-up. And if you are giving between now and the end of the year, please consider our mission and the impact we are having in what is generally viewed as an usurious space.
Life keeps happening even in the face of a personal trauma or illness. The Bairs Foundation brings together the resources, expertise and vision to find the right funding and front-end counseling to help people throughout the legal process. We hope you will join us in our mission.
A West Point graduate where he served as captain and military aviator, John Bair continues his commitment to our country through his efforts within the settlement planning industry. He has represented families of victims lost in the Flight 3407 crash, offered pro bono services to the families of 9/11 victims and drafted the first consumer protection bill for plaintiffs (H.R. 3699).
